Ultimate Guitar Works
Dropped my guitar off with this guy a couple of years ago and he didn't do any work on my guitar within the 6 months it sat in his shop. He's also an A-hole who gets defensive when you ask simple questions. Do the work yourself if you can. I had my guitar finished and setup in 2 months after I took it home.

Ultimate Guitar Works
Have had Brian service all my guitars for many years, going back long before the move from Main St. to Henderson Hwy. Everything from minor setups to major repairs, service has always been 2nd to none and always a fair price. He can get busy but if you want the service of a true technician who's spent decades honing their skills, then sometimes your guitar just has to get in line with the others and wait it's turn. He's busy for a reason and in the world of guitar techs, a busy tech is much better than a tech with no business.

Ultimate Guitar Works
I've had several of my guitars serviced here with no complaints other then can take a little bit to do, however I'd rather have the work done right then a fast turnaround and poor work done. He's always been more then friendly when my son or I have gone.

Ultimate Guitar is OPEN FOR BUSINESS. Google Maps has a photo of the building under repair that is damaging Ultimate Guitar Works business as it appears the business no longer exists. The building has been repaired and Brian is ready to help with your guitar needs.

had my guitar for 3 months & still didn't get neck installed. was more worried about his school contract. beware stay away. thinks he is only one in winnipeg that does custom work. what a liar
