I don’t consider myself a beer connoisseur but having lived in several countries and now call Halifax home, the variety of micro breweries is amazing. It’s a pleasure to come across Stilwell brewery who sticks to traditional brewing and ingredients across their range of beers. Hunting for a beer at NSLC that doesn’t have citrus notes or infused with fruit, shouldn’t be so hard, Stillwell is my choice, love the taste.
