Skyspect Inspection Svc
As first time homeowners looking for an honest and respectable home inspector we were unsure who to use, we did some research using the Timmins Chamber of Commerce and the OHAI, and Phil Cybolsky of Skyspect came up. We talked to our realtor and we decided that he would be the one we would use. We knew we made the right choice when we arrived and Phil was straight forward and didn't lighten up issues. He was very thorough, he caught tonnes of things we had missed while viewing the home originally. The report was easy to read and again very thorough. We will definitely be using him again in our search for our home and I recommend him to any and all.
