Dr.Thé is incredible with children. Both my girls did amazing she was so great with them. The staff is kind and knowledgeable and I can’t wait for my new glasses!

Optical House has been my go-to for eye exams and glasses for years now. All the staff there are personable, professional, have great taste, and always offer great discussions like the one my wife and I had today. Highly recommend.

Optical house was AMAZING!!!I was in a bind, I lost my glasses while on vacation and was almost blind without them. I was waiting to get into my usual optometrist but I had to wait 2 weeks. I decided I couldn't wait that long, and Googled places that did direct billing for both eye exams and the frames themselves. I found Optical house as the second option. I called and it was 10 minutes after they closed, yet they still answered my call. I was already impressed. I advised I needed to see someone quickly as I had no glasses, the man on the phone got me in within 2 days for the time I requested. I even got a follow up text message to remind me of the appointment.When I got to the store, I was greeted immediately, and when I said I had a 10:30 apt, the gentleman knew my name and said he was expecting me. Talk about service!! He took me into the exam room, performed the first test, and had the Dr come. Dr The was great, she was super sweet, great mannerisms and very easy to feel comfortable with. She walked me through the change of my prescription and set me back to the man to get me fitted for glasses. Since I had lost mine, she said do whatever you can to expedite this for her, she really needs glasses. The man said we will get as close to her prescription as possible, and then to come back in when mine are ordered and have them swapped out. The level of customer service there is exemplary! Thank you Optical House team, I could not have had better service anywhere!

My husband and I love this place. They have great deals, do direct billing if you have benefits, and are so so friendly. I had an issue with a pair of glasses and they've fixed and then replaced them, with no fuss. The turnaround time is great. We've returned for glasses/sunglasses everytime our benefits renew and will continue to do so.

Absolutely terrible place. They withhold information they have on your file. It is your medical information and they don't provide it, giving very very vague excuses - which are all lies. The worst part is they keep lying when you press them on it.

If you are not buying from them, after an eye exam, they will not part with requested information they have on file. My daughter frequents this place and has spent hundreds of dollars here.I went in for an eye examination on her recommendation, and I informed Dr.Thè I prefer wearing contact lenses over glasses. At no point did she inform me that I needed a different examination for contact lenses. In my understanding, I was getting an examination for a prescription for both, spectacles and contact lenses.Afte the exam, I refused an offer to look up their collection of eye glasses, but told them I was interested in purchasing contact lenses. They said they would order me trial ones. But no one informed me the prescription would be different, and I needed to take another eye exam. They said they would get in touch with me once they had the trial contact lenses in. Well!! No one did for about 2 weeks !!So I went ahead and purchased them online, little knowing the online place needed prescription for contact lenses. They obtained my permission, and contacted Optical House.Optical House staff contacted me by telephone, and informed me that I would need to go in for another eye exam for contact lenses. That my previous one did not include prescription for contact lenses. On asking why I wasn't informed earlier, when I was in their store asking to purchase contact lenses. The lady on the phone, was unable to provide a good enough reason as to why it was OK for Optical House to order me contact lenses, but for them to part with my information, they needed to do another eye exam.She was curt, and rude, and hung up the phone on me informing me that Dr.Thè would part with the information she had.I called another optometrist and they said that one does not need to get a separate contact lens prescription, and they would work with the prescription I had.It was not that I wasn't willing to part with an extra $50 for another eye exam, I wanted to know the reason why I wasn't informed that there would be a separate exam for contact lenses,when I was ordering,them from Optical House. But when they needed to give information to anothe party, they inform me of an extra exam. Completely unethical behavior. And rude, staff, entitled into thinking they don't need to provide an explanation.I understand it is a business, and they need to make sales, but customer service is an integral part and this kind of behavior was certainly not going to bring me in for another eye exam.Extremely disappointed with their service, and ethics.

They are a good location if your are purchasing from them i have used all my benefits and spent hundreds on glasess through them so i asked for my sons pupil distance and they flat out refused me proper service because i could not afford a pair through them at the time i just needed to get a cheap pair off the internet to last untill my benefits recycle. They already have plenty of money from me but still expect me to play horribly inflated prices. I would recomend you find a more honest location for your eyeglass needs and there are plenty of em

Had my first eye exam here today. Optometrist Dr. Rafaela The was great -- super friendly and also super thorough. The staff were very helpful and patient while I was picking out glasses! They have direct billing with a lot of insurance companies which is super convenient.Thanks! If I'm still kicking around KW in a couple years, I'll be sure to return.
