Provided cremation services on the death of my mother. Clear explation of the services offered by the firm - from pick up of my mother's body to delivery of her ashes to our home. All handled with the utmost respect for my mother and our family.Knowledgeable staff advising, answering questions and providing the necessary paperwork for dealing with authorities. All handled with the utmost professionalisn at this time of distraction and grief. Greatly appreciated !

Worst ever service from Ashley and her dad as this is family run business couldn’t even get a call when my family member was being cremated called on Saturday and they said I have to wait two days for magememt to call me on Monday and the call still didn’t come had to call them to find out that my family member was cremated Horrible service I feel I was discriminated against because my family of native … don’t use capital city cremation they don’t call you !!!!

Always a pleasure working with Capital City Cremation. They made it easier for me to not have to worry about the cremation of my husband as I grieved. Everything was great. Would love to have more updates though next time as to the status of cremation and date when it will be completed and delivered.

We are grateful to Ashley at Capital City Cremation for her professional service in handling the Cremation of my brother and ensuring his remains were safely sent back to New Brunswick. Ashley's guidance and the online funeral application allowed us to select the appropriate level of service for our brother. Once the forms were completed and electronically signed Capital City Cremation did everything quickly and kept us informed about each step. My girlfriend suggested Ashely with Capital Cremation as she had a good experience. Ashely was the calm to the storm my family and I were weathering. I would 100% recommend Capital City Cremations, Ashley was dependable, compassionate and gave us a sense of peace as we made decisions for my fathers passing in March of 2020. It was the most intimae and peaceful experience our family could have been blessed with in putting our dad to rest.
