I had emailed to book an appointment about two weeks in advance - Emma was very prompt in getting back to me and setting up and confirming my appointment date/time. The appointment itself was great - the employees were on-time (early, in fact, which is excellent), masked up and very efficient! Overall, I'm very happy with the service we received.

Excellent work. They brought my antique wool carpet back to life despite 20 years of foot traffic from humans, dogs and the occasional spilled glass of wine. So happy with how it turned out. Highly recommend!
