Clearly my little town still doesn't know when visitors come to our town! Visitor centre is closed weekends and Holidays ! oh and only open till 4 as a local it was inconvenient to get down there during their open hours........ feel bad for tourists !

I was at your site yesterday at 3:50 p.m. Thursday April 13th, requesting assistance in making a local call to contact a long lost nephew. I was not given any help, but was told to go elsewhere to find a phone.. which was not easily done in the mall .. I would have thought that you were there to give assistance to visitorswho request such a small kindness from your staff. You need to visit our amazingly helpful, courteous and efficient Info center at 200 Burrard St. in Vancouver. This is to give constructive criticism so that you can improve your mandate. Jan Hancock

Super helpful local advice every time we've been in to see them. In and out of season they can give you advice on where to go and especially where to avoid depending on how busy it is in town, and the conditions

July 2013: Excellent service. Nice location. Nice facility. They also helped us find a hotel room by making multiple calls. Couldn't ask for any better service.
