I work in Financial Services, so I know how to provide good service and what client's expect, and that is exactly what I received at Loiselle Sports Gatineau. I purchased my first ATV here and Benoit in sales has been very professional all the way through the ordering and delivery process. I would not hesitate to buy another one from him.

I go there when I need something ASAP and every time the parts person is completely lost and offer very poor service with a particularly bad attitude, he even told me to buy my bolts and nuts from the hardware store because he couldn’t spend the time looking for the right one. Complete joke save your time don’t go there if you don’t have to!

I bought a PWC and I am amazed and thankful for both the human and professional approach I got from Emilie the sales women and the owner Etienne, I strongly recommend this Dealer.

After sale service is not good.

Horrible horrible service! The posts you see with 5 stars are the people buying, and of course your going to get excellent service from sales....but the after care is what also matters. This location needs to have all their staff FIRED, and new people who actually care about being employed and have a passion for what the do put in place. You just lost a sale of a quad....Good job guys :-)

Came in for help and was yelled at by the service manager... I had called the previous day and was told to bring my PwC and they would at least identify the issue so I could order the proper parts sice they don't work on 2 strokes anymore" Michel Dufour decided not to help

Went to ask for a pwc, got laughed at, bought elsewhere the same day at a better price with a better service.

On June 30th I had the opportunity to visit Loiselle Sports for an inspection of a used Bass Boat I intended to purchase. It was a rather large investment so I did not want to buy a lemon. A few weeks earlier, I spoke to JR regarding my circumstances. I needed a professional inspection done by a qualified mechanic within a reasonable time due to the distance I had to travel to pick up the boat. JR booked me in immediately. He accommodated my schedule and had the mechanic ready to go as soon as I arrived. He was easy to communicate with and understanding of my circumstances. Aaron, the mechanic did a wonderful job. He explained everything to me while he was performing his tests. He made the necessary recommendations. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and polite. After the inspection, I was confident that I was making the right decision. Superb service, knowledgeable staff, hands down the most professional shop I have had the opportunity to visit. Thank you Guys.

We dealt with Rob Miron when we inquired about trading a side by side for a new Can Am Outlander. He was excellent to deal with from afar. We live over an hour away, so there was a lot of communication before finalizing the deal. It was probably the smoothest transactions I have ever experienced. Would definitely deal here again when the time comes to upgrade or add a new toy when my daughter is old enough. I would give a 10 star rating if it was an option!
