Absolutely terrible. They are supposed to deliver flyers to my address but I only get them once or twice a month if I am lucky. All of a sudden I started getting the newspaper delivered to my home but I do not have a subscription and do not want it. Their package delivery service is sub par at best. Often a package is days Out for delivery". I have tried calling them but no one answers the phone and if you select the call back feature

Any other company would fire people that don’t do their job right but TJ doesn’t. They don’t even chastise the deliverers for not doing their job. I would say..OFF WITH THEIR HEADS..Not a job well done, Mr. Irving…it doesn’t look good on you!

They apparently have a deal with Amazon to deliver package, but they don't have delivery agents who will ring door bells or leave a slip for you to pick up your Amazon order at the local pick up. This resulted in them leaving my delivery on my doorstep and having it opened by a thief who emptied out the box of all it contents.They also don't have any agents handling the customer care line as I waited over 30 minutes to only have to leave my phone number for a call back.I will NEVER have any thing delivered by them again due to this gross incompetence.

If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. Constantly late and constantly losing packages. Worst (Irving owned) delivery company in New Brunswick.

Get one or two of five papers per week. Time to ditch this Irving garbage like so many other garbage Irving products.

I call them every week to stop flyer delivery. Every week I continue to get 2X bags of junk.

These people should not be allowed to deliver Amazon parcels!!! I was emailed by an employee asking if I had received my parcel. I responded that day that I had not. After not hearing from this employee for a few days I wrote another email to ask if I should have recieved my package by now. Still no response. I then wrote another email expressing my concern that I won't get my package delivered. Still no response. So they don't care about customer service at all. They can't even take the time to write a quick email to let you know where your mail is. Still have no idea where my Amazon parcel is, I probably won't get it. Who let these guys deliver valuables??????Update: they use Boneshaw logistics for tracking information. They tell me my package is delivered. I live in an apartment building and didn't have anything outside my door so I imagine it has likely been stolen. Also their customer service does not respond to customers so my only option was to ask Amazon for refund.If I could rate this 0 stars I would.

Please BNI, stop delivering" Amazon packages because you create so much trouble for people. The deliveries are rarely on time
