The man who helped me was so kind. I needed to get a pair of ugg fluff mommas resoled and l was a little worried as they do not make this shoe anymore.I was able to look at a few soles and pick the one I liked the best. They did a wonderful job and they were so quick! I dropped them off on Saturday and they were done by Monday! Great service and very kind. I would recommend for your shoe repairs.

I will never be able to say enough how great the shoes and service are at The shoe store. Good old fashioned service from fitting to knowledge about the products. My husband and I are heavy and diabetic and proper footage is so important to our health. Bill we hope you never ever leave.

I came here upon recommendation from my podiatrist after getting poor service from another local shoe store. (That store refused to exchange a pair of shoes that they ordered for me because they were too small.) Bill knows a ton about shoes and I have a very flat wide foot, so it has always been hard to get a good shoe for me in my size. Even after I had some problems with my first pair of shoes from this store, Bill worked with me to adjust the shoes and they work great! Longest lasting pair of shoes I've had.

Took care of the soles of some high-priced boots I wanted to keep wearing. Incredible job with high quality materials.QUESTION for the shop: Can you take care of water marks on a pair of Frye boots? I'd like to drop them off this weekend.

Bring your purses in need of repair to this shop! I brought in a purse that needed the shoulder strap reattached, as it was less than 1 year old and I had spent a good chunk of change on it. The gentleman was friendly, it cost way less than a new purse, and it was even completed before he had originally promised! The repair is exquisite. If it wasn't my purse, I wouldn't know it was repaired!

He fixed the elastic on my sandals. Affordable pricing, and all around pleasant experience.

I usually never write reviews but The Shoe Store/Shoe Repair just exceeded my expectations. I had three very nice pairs of leather boots repaired. Two needed new heels and one pair was a very tricky fix - there are straps that are threaded through a loop. The loops were falling apart and they created custom leather loops. All the work was beautifully done, and very high quality workmanship. Everyone I dealt with provided excellent customer service, the price was reasonable and the turn around time was pretty quick. I am glad to have this type of service available so close to home. Shoe/leather repair is a dying art and these people have it completely nailed. Take your shoe/purse repairs there - you will not be disappointed! I am not easy to please and they just exceeded my expectations -can't say enough good things! Thank you!!
