Mediocre at best. The spring broke on the door. When Jackie phoned to say the tech was on the way she said it would be about an hour, but took over 3 hours.The guy who arrived complained about the office for 5 minutes, didn't have any tools, but measured the spring. Couldn't tell me when they would be back, just tomorrow morning some time". Didn't spend more than 2 minutes doing work.The next morning they swapped the spring in about 15 minutes.The hourly rate was supposed to be $170

I'll say the doors are really nice. The installer did a neat job.But the service guys, Jacob and Smitty were top notch.

Wallace + Wallace Doors
Called them for minor servicing on my overhead garage door. They showed up in about half an hour from when I called and they did an excellent job on the repair. The job cost less than I expected and I will definitely call them again next time I need a repair.

We had a issue with our garage door. Called Jackie in service. She had a tech out within the hour. Door fixed and operating. Excellent service. Tks.
