I tried to use the RV Dump. It took my money but would not open for me to use. Is the honour system really so difficult?

I pretty much just stop here to walk my pup and use the restroom on my way to Calgary, but it is the cleanest outhouse I've ever seen! Also very cute little site and I think it would be a lovely place to camp a few evenings ☺️Update: I have found that although it is a very clean rest room during the summer, there is clearly no one maintaining these in the off season. Very yucky any time I've stopped not in the summer. Understandable without seasonal staff, but still a heads up.
