Service is what made up for the lack of ingredientsOrdered a Cobb salad and they ran out of the Cobb base salad and as well ran out of bacon. Subbed in spring mix and bacon was not able to be subbed for another meat, but veggie insteadPeople working there seemed understaffed but still helped every person with a smile, which I think is why I gave this 3 stars.The good part about the salad is that ingredients at least seemed fresh.Never felt rushed when it was our turn to order, even when thinking of Ä substitute veggie, worker was multitasking while waiting for our decision so our food was almost immediately ready after we made our substitute choiceGood job!Follow me on IG @thirst_and_taste for better pics, vids and more amazing content

Update: Response from owner was to contact them suggesting they would make it right. Tried several times and they didn’t respond to email. This is 1 of those fake companies pretending to resolve CSAT issues——————————————————————This is the garbage that they knowingly served us....Even wrote to corporate and they ignored.Keep up the great service

The worst cultures I’ve ever had, the rice was raw not cooked, and the sweet potatoes are sour in a super bad way. Also the lady said the rice suppose to be like this hard texture. I wish people don’t get sick or diarrhea from here.

Probably had one of the worst salads I've ever paid for. The person working there put so little of each ingredient in it. I've worked at a salad bar before too, and this salad unfortunately looked really unappetizing.

The portion was extremely small compared to other locations. If im paying 14$ for a chicken bowl, i expect to get full. We also asked for no cheese but he still put it. Very disappointing. This location is not the best and youre better off getting a sub in the foodcourt there. I do not reccomend eating here

Ordered from here for the first time today and was very disappointed, the smoothies were curdled, the quiche was soggy and the egg was liquidy, I also ordered one of the bowls and the purple cabbage was extremely wilted. Food was way too over priced for what it was, I absolutely do NOT recommend

I ordered salad and asked for balsamic sauce. However, they added soya sauce instead of what I wanted and when I complained, someone who seemed to be the store manager said that the sauce is what the company delivers them as balsamic. NOT ACCEPTABLE!
