I was provided with the wrong vehicle insurance, the wrong amount a month by 160$ and then informed it was my fault. I couldn't even believe it, had to fire this place right away.Karri is the most unprofessional and least knowledgeable person I've ever dealt with.

Anytime I call whether I need to change a vehicle on my policy or add something to my policy, it is always a pleasure. Kyle is my go to guy for insurance, auto and home. He is always friendly and very quick at getting things done.

Had car insurance with them for two years. Every payment made on time, no claims, not a single accident. Called me to tell me the price is going up $600 with no justification. Inquired why and told there was no real reason, it just was. This place does not have clients interests in mind. I bet the CEO is wel paid though.

This is the worse insurance company I have ever had!! Told me my son was insured only to find out they dropped the ball and not willing to bear responsibility!!!!!

Never ever go here. Worst broker of all time. I've never seen such incompetence.Sends off the WRONG vehicle to the insurance company and can't even get the amount of my insurance proper. Changes all the time, 0 communication and over all useless.
