Recently had Synergy come and fix our furnace. Left a message and I got a call back in about 15 min. Spoke to Paul on the phone (very professional). He had his technician Peter at our place in 2 hrs. Incredibly professional gentleman and very thorough at his job. Explained everything in detail and how the components work. Turns out the flame sensor had corrosion on it, and the furnace was having trouble starting. He removed it from the difficult location it was in , cleaned it and reinstalled it, so I didn't need a new part and it works great now. Also checked electronic air cleaner pre filters and cells, checked condensate lines,, control board and wiring connections. Ran a test. When he arrived, the flame signal was .2, he said minimum should be .7. After cleaning the flame sensor it was running at 2.4Ua. Was only charged 1 hr labour. I wouldn't hesitate to call upon Synergy Heating and Cooling Inc again if needed. They are prompt, efficient and extremely professional.

I had an AC unit installed in the spring of 2022 by Paul and his team and they did a fantastic job. Not only did they have great prices, but the quality of work and professionalism by the Synergy crew were all top notch. Highly recommended!

Top notch service! Referred by a friend.I called at 8:15am, immediately speaking with someone. They mentioned they could have someone by late afternoon (and wow that is quick) and explained the fee's. It seemed a bit high at first because you never know in the hourly game how honest people are.My system was repaired by 1:00pm latest, cost was VERY reasonable for labour and parts. They don't take advantage. I wasn't even onsite - I gave them the lockbox code and they did their thing and called me a couple times to confirm and once the job was done.As far as residential HVAC goes in the Guelph area - these guys are amazing and trustworthy. My furnace stop working and I called Synergy! I was nervous about the whole thing but Peter made the process worry-free. Peter is very knowledgeable, and professional. He explained everything to me and answer all my questions. I know nothing about furnaces!! but he explain to me until I understood what was going on with my furnace which I really appreciated. This is the best company I have ever delt with. When I called and told them my situation that my furnace was out and my Duplex needed to be up and running they sent a service tech out that same day. The tech on the phone made me aware that a service call is flat hourly charge which I was comfortable with. The tech who showed up was an awesome dude who found the problem in no time. He checked his truck and had a replacement part. After he finished the job we talked about what the next step should be for my aging furnace. He offered a few suggestions. I would call these people back in a heartbeat. They were nice to talk with, they were quick to fix the problem. They were helpful with suggestions as to what I could do in the near future.

From the moment of initial contact with Synergy Heating and Cooling to diagnose the water hear leak, Peter was polite, professional and really cared about the quality of his work.Even though I didn’t buy the water heater from Synergy Heating and Cooling (bought out from the home builder), Peter promptly helped me contact the manufacturer to confirm defect under warranty, look for replacement unit, process warranty claim, pickup and installation within 48 hours.Honest service and done right. PROMPT! PROFESSIONAL! HONEST! Call SYNERGY!We had no idea what to do when we arrived home from work without any heat! We called Synergy! We spoke with Paul who came out within an hour of calling. (After Hours) He diagnosed the problem and brought a replacement part with him for the repair. We had heat within the hour! Paul is a great guy to deal with. Always comes when he states and is prompt with communication. He is honest and explains things thoroughly. He will give you an accurate opinion and help troubleshoot your issue(s). Helped solve my furnace venting issue, does my furnace maintenance amongst other projects.
