Mike and his team did an excellent job removing graffiti from a parkade. They were out within one day of submitting my request and the fees were very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

So, I feel one has to take the day off from work to make sure the job is done properly.On the first try, I pulled up after work and could not tell that our house was cleaned.Today. After meeting with the crew they are “willing” to do warranty work but I got every excuse from the rain made the windows streaky, or the rain will make them streaky, to old siding can’t be cleaned with a pressure washer for fear of damaging it, and those are mold stains and that is not included, to I will have to redo all the hours of the guys if we do the job… blah blah blah - to me saying I guess you can’t make me happy. So I will spend my money elsewhere next year.Their boss sent them back and they will do the whole house again!FYI there will be an additional 5percent added to your bill if you use a credit card this was Not on the quote.Be home so it gets done properly!

Mike the owner showed with his crew and they proceeded to complete the job in a fast and efficient manner. Clean up was excellent. Value for the money excellent. Very friendly. Have no hesitation in recommending.

We have used Gorilla Property Services for more than 4 years now and we are quite happy with the services they provided. Mike and the Gorilla team did excellent work for us! We had our eavestroughs (on our two storey house) and our dryer vent cleaned. Mike and his team were all professional, courteous, diligent, thorough, good-natured, and they cleaned up EVERYTHING before they left! Gorilla did amaizing job on my gutter cleaning, called back to arrange time to come over and do the job even in a last minute request. Cleaned my gutters from all the guck from years of acummulated leaves and debris, rinced it after with a hose. Even took before and after pictures! Would recommend them for sure, super satisfied!
