If every business matched the quality of care and service provided at Protouch then I am certain we would achieve world peace.I'm surprised anyone in Thornhill would even go to any other cleaner than this one considering the wonderful service and very reasonable pricing that's available here.The owners, a lovely and kind couple, are some of the most trustworthy and reliable people I've encountered. I've brought them some pretty beaten up articles of clothing and they've always been very forthright and reasonable about the odds of successfully restoring my garments. They've underpromised and overdelivered every time. I can't emphasise how impressed I've been with them from beginning to end during the many years I've been bringing my dry cleaning to them. I'll always be grateful to them for restoring a much beloved silk and calfskin jacket that was very badly scuffed in a scooter accident overseas.I should also mention I've also had some alternations done here and have been similarly extremely pleased with the results.Needless to say, they are a credit to the neighbourhood and I would recommend them to absolutely anybody with zero hesitation.

Fair prices and really good services. Have had them 'touch up' issues with pants and generally do a really good job. Dont charge if they cant fix it. Definitely a recommend.

The biggest struggle as a LP (person with dwarfism) is trying to get clothes to fit properly. For you funny people , no I don't shop at Toys R Us (lol ..) Anyways I am truly blessed to have a secret weapon in my corner. Gina at Pro Touch Cleaners has been my miracle worker for the last 15 years. I can't thank her enough. The work she does is truly amazing!

I am extremely dissatisfied with this dry cleaner. It is the most expensive, the dirtiest, and the most irresponsible one I have ever seen. I entrusted them with a blanket, but after their dry cleaning service, it had a terrible odor and I had to wash it again myself.

They are always friendly and efficient. The quality of alterations and repairs is extremely high and very good value. They are 30min from my home but worth the drive for the quality service!
