I don't usually write reviews, but have to let everyone know that Dr. Flavia Gruesc is a wonderful lady who does phenomenal work! She has an extremely comfortable office filled with personable, efficient staff and modern dental technology. Extra points for being open on Saturdays!Dr. Flavia is extremely thorough, explains everything in great detail, even takes x-rays to show me exactly what needs to be done, where, and why. In her office I’ve had the most thorough dental cleaning I've ever had - and she does it herself! I have nothing but praise for her work! I have sent many friends to her with both routine and urgent matters and the feedback was always that she is an exceptional dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Flavia and her office.

Absolutely worst dentist ever! So unprofessional and rude. Does not pick up phone calls and is very passive aggressive. I don’t mind it being expensive if they do the job right but Gateway Dental made the problem worst. The biggest issue is their receptionist. She will never book you in, instead she will say “oh I forgot” or “oh can I call you back?” But don’t expect a phone call back. Beware and DO NOT GO HERE.

Dr. Flavia applies a very patient-centered approach to dental care with much success, and she has always been well informed about the latest treatment. In my case, a previous implant had begun to fail, and Dr. Flavia personally contacted my previous surgeon and met with him in-person to discuss the best options available for me. Every time I go whether for a filling, root canal, or repairs to my partial, Dr. Flavia is the most gentle and caring dentist I know. I highly recommend her and her staff for your family.

Dr Flavia has been tremendous for my dental health, including helping me remove a previous crown and post, and replacing it with a new and better version. The new crown hasn't given me any problems in the past few years. In addition to my regular check ups, she has always provided suggestions on dental hygiene.

The service my husband and I have received at the Gateway Dental Office has always been first class. Dr Flavia is highly professional, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new dentist.
