Her customer service was exceptional. My partner was over the moon with the ring I gave her and she is complimented on it numerous times a week. Dan [one of the owners] was also in store when I initially found the ring and provided me with extensive information on the ring itself. I also learned a thing or two about diamonds, settings etc. We were so impressed that my partner and I went back and picked out a gorgeous wedding band for myself and I absolutely love it! Absolutely the worst retail/Jewelry experiance I've had in my life. I bought a ring for my fiance and had Harris and Wick size and upon their suggestion repair a few claws. The ring came back with very clear lines where the soldering was attempted to be done between a new shank (they told us we needed to have installed) and the original body of the ring. There was also blemishes by way of small holes visible by the naked eye around the area of where the work was done, also 2 of the stones were loose.The owner spent more time declaring that he had 40 years of experience in the industry then he did actually conversing with us about the ring. He was also confrontational and extremely rude after we questioned him about the work. He truly took all the enjoyment out of a process that should have been special and fun.We have since brought the ring to be correctly and professionally repaired at a store in prince george. It now looks flawless and the people who did the work were pleasant and professional, a welcomed change.I would not trust this store to repair my dogs collar. In fact it took great restraint for me to not return to the store and physically demonstrate my disapproval to the ignorant, ridiculous and obtuse owner of the store.1 star is too high a rating for this horrible store.
