Newer machines and equipment.Not too many kids before 2:00. Small dry sauna room. Mid sized hot tub. Pool has 5 or 6 lanes, which usually has a lane available when I need it. Well kept, updated change rooms and showers.

I love and absolutely love going to Kelwona family Y. So many class options, enough storage lockers and space for personal belongings. Tong and Sandra as front end staff are amazingly awesome. My personal coach Alex is very friendly and offers great support.

Not expensive. Nice small place with a big parking. Lack of toys at the Kids pool, you need to bring your own. Gym mostly clean, only a few hidden spots need to be wiped. Equipment is okay, little bit of everything. I don't participate everywhere, so can not say much. Only good comments hear from others.

Its the YMCA! A great place to have some fun, burn some energy (and calories, if that's your thing) and forgot about the world for a while. Friendly staff who are always quick to answer a question. Equipment and pools are always kept clean and well maintained. Lots of activities for all ages in this family-friendly facility!

I love this place. Between my kid and I, we are pretty much always here.Great gym and great pool. Staff are nice. The gym is full of people at varying levels. Maybe lacking some stuff for elite training, but for the average person it's awesome. No judgy gym jerks here.

I signed up for a membership and the amount that was required per month is on my and their copies (documents). I was overcharged on the first billing and I went in, showed the staff member who I was dealing with the bank statement showing the overcharge. Later that day I was contacted by a supervisor who said they were looking into the matter. A while later I was contacted by another person who said they were refunding the overcharge and that they were sincerely sorry and that it would not happen again.I have the second bill. It happened again.Check your bank statements for overcharges. Very suspicious.I have to go in yet again and go through the exact same thing I went through last month, the very thing I was apologized to about and guaranteed would not be a repeat occurrence.May 1st, 2023Now I am being told by a manager named Monica that they will not fix the issue any more and that they have raised my account fee even though I was not given ANY advance notice of an account fee increase.She then pretended that she could not hear me on the phone (reception issue) so after a minute of that game I hung up and phoned back. I left a message for her and asked fornthe name of her supervisor on her voicemail but have not received a call back as of May 13th, 2023Very very unethical behavior from this manager.

I am changing my 5-star rating from 3 years ago to a 2-star rating because since last few months it has been extremely crowded.I used to be a regular and pretty happy last year but the extreme crowd has been very demotivating.I go to the gym to workout in peace after a long day of stressful work and apparently going to the overcrowded gym and wasting 30 mins waiting for equipment is more stressful than workI am going to try and go in the morning but if that doesn't work, I am just gonna switch to a different gyms, no point in being loyal to one gym
