From the moment Kelly answered the phone you knew there was something special about this dealership, the service I received from Kelly and Jake was impeccable who would have thought I would drive 2 1/2 hours from Peterborough to Port Dover for a vehicle! But let me tell you it was worth the drive!

Great friendly service. This dealership is by far the best dealership I have ever set foot in for any manufacturer. All the staff including the owner go out of their way to say hi and talk to you. This makes you feel welcome. This is a small town delaership that has managed to keep the small-town friendly feel. They are fair with their service and don't try to sell you unnecessary service items. I will never step foot in another Kia dealership.

Purchased my first brand new car from Port Dover Kia back in March, took it in today for its second oil change. Would really like to tank the whole team at Kia for providing a great sales experience and continuing to provide that same level of customer service and expertise with each visit. I absolutely love the car I purchase how ever the customer service compared to others in the county is what completely sold me on decision. Would recommend them to anyone in the market!

I’m not usually the type to leave online reviews but my experience today with Port Dover Kia was above and beyond. I had a last minute appointment to have my car looked at today for a small transmission oil leak that would need to be fixed ASAP but was told it may not be done until next week due to their busy schedule. Amazingly enough they came through for me big time and got it fixed on the spot. Not only did they fix the leak but they gave my car a very much needed washing! Outstanding service from such a kind and professional staff. Thanks to all involved have a beautiful day!
