I would like to start by saying that I love my Princecraft. It’s a great boat.That said, I just had a bed experience with customer service, and want to warn prospective buyers.I am adding a sonar to the from of my boat, to help with my bass fishing. I called customer service, to ask if I could have the electrical plan to the boat, where the wires were run, so I could see where best to run the power (without ripping up the deck, etc). The not so nice lady on the phone said I couldn’t possible have that, and that it was a “company secret” where they ran their wires. She told me that even auto manufacturers didn’t “simply show people electrical plans,” which is obviously false (they can be easily purchased).Anyhow, no plans were provided, couldn’t speak to a technician for advice, or anything like that. All this to say: beware, choose the company you buy from well, as they are likely your only option for support - Princecraft apparently doesn’t actually have customer service, just representatives (I bought from a private owner, so now I’m in the black hole of ‘no service’ - unless of course I pay someone to do the install, then I’m sure they’ll help me (but I ou when they get around to it).

I have owned the Princecraft Wake Express for 16 years -- first in Muskoka and then we moved it out to Lake Okanagan. Just a great boat. Powerful enough of skiing/wakeboarding and big enough for cruising.
