Cleantech Service Group

I have dealt with Cleantech in various capacities for the last 7 years. I have always been impressed with their approach of continuously looking to improve their customers experiences and the business as a whole. The way that the company seeks to learn from mistakes and challenges is very refreshing, showing a genuine commitment to always trying to be better.

Had our condo outside windows done today and the gentleman, Clay, did a really great job! The task was completed in a professional, timely manner.

Sir/Madam:I would like the supervisor and/or manager for the janitorial services at New Water to recognise on my behalf the excellent service your two employees, Karuss and the janitor, I do not know his name provided us . I found these two gentlemen very professional and very respectful. The new caretaker has already made some difference. I spoke to him a few times and frankly speaking, I like him. One of the noticeable change is cleaning up our notice board in the mailroom. It was a total mess with over a year old notice on it.

Our building hired this company to do the cleaning and caretaker for New Water buildings two months ago. This is the worst service I have ever experienced and even if we mention to the company there is no improvement. Staff are not trained, they leave the building for breaks longer than they should and are seen enjoying lunch on the patio across the street from our building. They gave a very promising list of duties that would be handled by their staff but no follow through. Never have this company as your cleaner and caretaker very unreliable, they just don't care and they do not properly monitor there employees! It's very stressful for residence.

One star is too high. Awful company rude staff and workers. The staff get threatening and try to be intimidating worst window washing, you will have scratches and blotchy spots from the dirt and their floor services are just awful. Save your money go with FIVE STAR BUILDING SERVICE they treat their staff with RESPECT!

This company is hit or miss. We had a good building manager to start but he decided to retire. We were provided with replacement applicants with no experience. We had no choice but to go with an unqualified. Cleantech promised training. If CleanTech had actually trained him, then I would be even more disappointed. I would be happier if they didn't actually train him so his lack of effort can be justified.Think twice before using them.

Caught one of their staff sleeping inside his car at 11 AM while at work.

Bought a used piece of equipment from Brad -> Pressure Washer. It's great that a larger business can be Fair (Great price) and help out a smaller independent. Really appreciated his professionalism and the fact the equipment was well serviced and taken care of. THANKS!

our company has used them and will never use them again they arrived with lots of promises how the floor will look after they are done . Well when I saw the floor in laundry room I was shocked. 1/4 of the floor they just put wax on dirty floor when I complained they had me wait 1-2 weeks and when they arrived they told me that they would have to come back some other time, they have also lied to my boss that I yelled at them which was a total lie my experience was certainly a bad one If you want a job well done this is not a company to call
