A taste of Hong Kong for sure. My partner and I decided to try this place for the first time while attending the China town street festival. We stopped in for lunch and I gotta say this might be a new Goto for lunch. I ordered the beef brisket curry with rice and an appetizer of deep fried squid to start, and my partner ordered the shredded chicken and fish ball soup. First the squid was quite good, very tender with the right amount of batter, I do wish it would have come with some sauce or dip on the side, not a huge deal. As for the curry beef brisket, the beef was tender, the curry was really tasty and very on par with the beef curry I had while in Hong Kong, the soup my partner ordered had a really good broth, the noodles were cooked just right and the fish balls a nice addition. All in all I definitely recommend stopping here for a lunch or dinner. It was quite good.UPDATEWe stopped in again tonight for dinner, if your a fan of Chinese food and wok hey".. forgive my awful spelling

Had supper, which included bbq pork, veggies and noodles, as well as a pomello lemon Korean Tea. Everything was tasty and the atmosphere was very nice too.

Owner was very accommodating and she recommended that we try the mango pomelo sago - and it was worth it! I came back a second time to buy dumplings and the quality is great! Place looks homey and tranquil so I might dine-in next time.

Probably one of the best services I've gotten. Im from Toronto and my friends and I came here after seeing such positive reviews. The food is great too, everything about this place was great. The owner (wife) was the sweetest person ever, I never leave reviews usually but I just had to after my experience. 10/10 would recommend this place to everyone.

If you’re looking for authentic Chinese cuisine in Calgary, you have to try this place! I’m from San Francisco and this is one of the best Cantonese restaurants I’ve ever been to. Their soups are delicious and you can see all the different ingredients in the claypot. The decoration is cute and the service is excellent!

Found this restaurant on Google Maps and came here for dinner (partly also attracted by its cute name!). It was a bit hard to find as I walked through the near empty mall, but don't be fooled by the run-down feeling of the mall! The restaurant was anything but opposite that - it had a homely vibe, and I was touched by the hospitality of the female owner. She welcomed us and proactively introduced/recommended dishes on the menu. We even had some small talk with her when we were the only table there at the beginning of our meal. Turned out that they also used to live in the Toronto area.In terms of food, the soup was quite good - reminded me of the type of soup in local eateries in my hometown (Fuzhou). The main dish was nicely presented, tasted great and reasonably priced. We also ordered the cucumber cold dish and the owner gladly added extra peanuts when asked. Hope more people discover this cozy place and the good hospitality of its owners!

I've walked past this restaurant so many times and finally decided to come in for lunch! It was Saturday but I didn't have to wait to be seated. They have a large menu and funnily enough the entire soup section of the menu--items 1 to 9--was in Chinese only (pictured below), no English translation like the rest of the menu had. That's how you know the food is gonna be LEGIT. Except I can't read Chinese so I had to order something else. I got black pepper pork on rice and it was super good!! A filling portion for lunch and flavourful with every bite. You really do have to ration it with the rice to get the perfect bite. The servers speak Cantonese, mandarin, and English. Super kind and polite people.As a bonus I loved their interior decor. Lots of plants to make it feel lively with mellow music and warm lighting all around. I felt perfectly comfortable taking a seat and having lunch by myself here. Would come back again!

Wonderfully warm feeling being here. Interior is decorated in cute flora/fauna/coconut manner. The food is good quality that reminds me a lot of home style. Portions are great and reflective of price. There are a lot of specialty Asian soups here to target different health components. I highly recommend the shredded chicken dishes. Service here is friendly and wonderful as well. Although tucked away in a corner of a semi quiet mall, it is worth visiting this spot for their food and service.

I ordered the beef noodle soup and the beef was 50% fat. The soup was really good though. The server rarely came to check on me but it was closing time with few customers so it’s understandable. The experience could have been better but not bad.
