Dianna, Cassia and team are amazing. They have outstanding customer service. They are always willing to go over and beyond for their customers. Always ask for them when you go there. I would recommend this storage company to everyone.

I rented this place for about 5 months. Dianna is amazing. She is very helpful and always goes above and beyond to accommodate and assist their clients. Would definitely get the services here again if needed. Highly recommend.

Jiffy Self-Storage
I had an excellent experience with Jiffy Storage. I called them late at night with an emergency and Diana was able to help me and make all the necessary accommodations. She met me at the storage unit after closing hours and provided me with a storage unit to my exact specifications. Every interaction I've had with Diana, and Jiffy employees, has been positive and friendly. The Jiffy location at Wilson ave. is safe and secure and always makes moving items efficient and easy. I recommend Jiffy to anyone who is looking for a storage unit. Thank you so much Diana and Jiffy Storage!

Jiffy Self-Storage
We've had lockers at Jiffy for a number of years and have always received prompt, courteous and informed responses to any questions we may have had. The building is clean and well managed. I recently moved our stored items out, and again the staff was very helpful in assisting us with all our needs. I would certainly consider using Jiffy again in the future.

I have to say dealing with Diane was a pleasure, she is both professional and understanding and a Great Representation of this Business.No I was not paid to write this lol.. I actually am impressed with there service and flexibility. The place is clean and welcoming and they have updates for holidays, service outages etc.You really should look at this place for your next storage options!

I am using Jiffy’s storage for a year. The place is very clean and easy access. The staffs are amazing. Specially I was dealing with Dianna most of the time , she is very friendly, detailed and quick response. I highly recommend this place

Jiffy Self-Storage
On a day filled with stress, I needed a storage unit in a pinch and Diana was able to accommodate despite it being the late hours of the evening. Diana was helpful and pleasant and helped end a very stressful day on a positive note! I would definitely recommend Jiffy Storage to others, because not only are the employees kind and helpful, but the prices are also very affordable.
