I took my mother to SmartStyle to get her hair done and she was incredibly happy. Ron did a lovely job. He made her feel comfortable and Mom loved that he took his time and didn’t rush her. Definitely will see Ron again. Thank you for making mom’s day.

Horrible experience I ever had in my life. She spoiled my hair. She didn’t blow dry my hair she just straightned them without using heat protection spray. She even didn’t know that how to section the hair before cutting. I had long hair and she cut mu hair in ( mintues and she told me it is done, it suprised me that how come a person do layres in 5 mins on long hair. Horrrible experience. I suggest people not to go to their salon.Don’t waste your money and time. One of their staff I don’t know her name she is having short hair was staring at me without any reason and makes me so uncomfortable. Worst service.

Honestly I had high hopes from the good reviews, when I went in the lady at front was really sweet and had good customer service. I was just getting a haircut, asked for an inch off and curtain bangs. First thing that set off sirens was dry cutting my very curly hair, most of my hair looks great except my bangs, one side is so much longer then the other and one side isn’t blended and looks very blotchy. I don’t think I’ll be back

Took my son there yesterday to try and fix a hair cut attempt I made on him the previous evening. I just needed it blended a bit better on the sides. The lady spent about 5 minutes on his hair, and I was surprise when she said it was done. I wasn't sure how to react, it didn't look any better than before - and she charged me full price - $18 with tax. Based on the quality of their haircuts, I think I should put in a job application - because it seems anyone can cut hair there... and $18 for 5 minutes is great money! Never again - I won't even go back to try and get them to fix it. Just don't do it!!!

All the hairdressers do a great job and Rob, the manager is a great hairstylist as well. I've had perms, hair colors and cuts and styles and have never been disappointed.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. THEY HAVE A GREAT DEAL OF REPEAT CUSTOMERS!!!
