Why isn't anyone answering the phone? The answering machine just goes on and on unnecessarily and makes it hard to even leave a message. Three days later left question wasn't returned.

One of the worst customer service. Thankfully I was ex-realtor, I had to search the whole office for a plan, then they wanted to charge me $5.00 for a full copy of the plan, no partial photocopy, due to copier wasn't working. They need to hire staff that know what they are talking about, especially if they are the first contact. I was getting resistance the moment I arrived. Spent a lot of time looking and no assistant. Thankfully there was a conveyancor that helped me. Go at your own risk, be patient, they no not what they are talking about.

I was at City Hall earlier this week at the Land Registry office section to obtain information from the Committee of Adjustments. It so happens that it is right beside a department for accepting divorce paperwork. There is a very condescending, negative female staff member, about middle aged, who was terribly mean to individuals trying to finalize divorce paperwork. She would yell at them condescendingly I need the original paper! You must have it!" and things like "Where is the original?!" There is a way to ask those exact questions kindly and politely

Paul Logan at 66 with CIBC human identity fraud, effected my identity to another area, caused fraud of my identity voting system...and house taxes...Stop government frauders!!!! Causes house fraud. Stop it!!! Mr. Logan!!!!!! At 66. Don't have the human rights, if we have any rights in Canada. It's my home equity not yours to help others to take, what I have been working for.

the phone menu doesn't accept any numbers you select! The only way to speak to a real person is by pressing #1 but it does nothing!
