À chaque fois que je vais à cette boutique les employés sont tellement.... bref! comme si elles vendaient des diamants et que le monde était le petit peuple!Elles font aussi beaucoup de pression pour vous faire acheter plus (même des choses que vous n’avez pas besoin et s’entêtent pour ne pas vous faire la solution la moins coûteuse. EIles nous prennent pour des cons)J’ai changé maintenant pour une autre boutique, je fais un long trajet même pour un simple aiguisage pour ne pas aller à cette boutique.

They gave us the wrong blades.....I feel like all they care about is selling the product even if it's not a fair price. My dad paid 1000 dollars for each skate, which adds up to 4000 dollars for my brother and I! Well anyways, my mom and I went to buy new skates a few years later but at another place with more reasonable prices. The lady said that the blade I was wearing wasn't the right one for my skate size!! I couldn't believe it! Instead of buying a COMPLETELY new one, she said that I could use by brothers blade and he would be getting a new one! Much more reasonable! They could have lied and told us to buy an extra one and I wouldn't have known! Patinage plus has no idea what they're doing! They're prices are so incredibly high! And every time I enter I feel pressured to buy the products they're selling. Some of they're employees aren't very nice either! With all that said, I suggest you go to boutique la francoise. Theyre prices are much more reasonable and better quality!

Just left the store with skates I bought for my 11 year old figure skater. I am so impressed with the service I received from Sébastien. Very knowledgeable and caring service. He heated and fitted her skates. They also have a mock ice surface to glide on to make sure the skates fit right. Thank you so much, I highly recommend.
