Looking for parking was a challenge. But service is really fast. Lady in the counter was helpful and kind.

Great customer service and experience at a provincial government office!They are back at 222 Jarvis Street (side entrance off the street), following recent construction.The office is clean, well lit, has ample seating, washrooms, and efficient workers.

This is where one would come to get their Notary certified, as requested by an international organization, any organization other than Canada.The forms should already be certified by a Notary public or a lawyer. All documents must be punched for validation. This office verifies the Notary public and provides an official document.I was surprised how fast these folks did their job, considering I went there on a Monday morning and there was a long line.Once you get to a person, the average time is about 10-20 minutes.

Like a lot have said before, very efficiently run, I was in and out in 10 mins. It took longer to figure out parking and wait behind 3 people, the actual authentication process was minutes.

Incredibly fast and efficient, didn’t take more than 10 minutes to authenticate my baby’s birth certificate. Paid for 1 hour parking! Should have free parking!

The operator is rude and unprofessional. I need to find a notary to sign a document for my pr application, but I didn’t know it should be done by a lawyer, I thought it could be signed by a notary.During this phone call, the operator asked me 5 times” what’s your goal”, and I had said it at the beginning, I need to make declaration of common-law union, because I have to submit a document called “declaration of common-law union”, then he didn’t get it, and told me to go to a church. His voice sounds angry and rude. I was not sure how to sign this document which required a signature from “Notary Public”, then I found this place from Google map. Very bad experience, I didn’t know how to do, so I made a call, then he didn’t know either, isn’t that his job? And why he was angry? Hurry to go to the toilet？

I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, super fast service and very systematic. The staff on the counter were very helpfull too. Visitor parking is available on the premises too and is valid for 30 minutes. You will have to pay if you park beyond the 30 minute limit.

Kind, quick, and efficient. Everything you would hope for when visiting a government service. I went to get one document authenticated and it was done in a matter of 5 minutes. Initially I didn't have the document notarized, but instead of being rude and dismissing me the clerk was kind and offered me many business cards of notary services in the area. A true model.
