The entire team is so caring and happy to work with you! From receiving my call and greeting me at the counter to seeing a dentist, I feel welcomed and respected! Even though they know that the government’s scheme sponsors me, they are still happy to offer help to me, unlike other clinics. The Appletree is exceptional! Thank God!

Our experience was great! It was my first time bringing my girls here, it was quick no long wait and staff was really nice the dentist was really nice and explained what he was doing to the girls, this is definitely our new dentist highly recommend this dentist.

Waited over two months for an appointment and drove over an hour away, got stuck in traffic and was 10 min late, so our appointment was canceled after waiting 30 min in their lobby. Find someplace that appreciates their customers. The best protest is to take my business elsewhere.

I recently brought my daughter here for the first time. She was anxious at first, but by the end, she was begging to stay and asking when we could return.Dr. Ensafi was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating.The office is playful and vibrant. I think this location is fairly new. They have TVs in the waiting room and on the ceilings of each exam room. There are video game consoles mounted to the wall as well, but currently covered up due to Covid protocols.The office staff are super friendly and helpful too.Overall, it’s a great environment to help your child build a positive association with the dentist and clean teeth. I’m sure it will be even more lovely once the Covid restrictions are fully lifted.

I went to take my little daughter Aazeen for the first time. The environment, Dr Chan and receptionist (don’t know her name) but she was so kind and explained all our questions. Dr chan also explained everything in depth. We are going for the procedure up coming week, will provide with more details. So far awesome experience.

I had a very scary experience with this Apple tree Dental. I don’t know, why they didn’t allow parents to stay with them. In need, my experience, kids goes to deep sleep while treatments and after they woke up they need is an emotional support.My daughter got appointment here. Finally we had been there. Parents are not allowed inside! I stay outside! Finally, when my daughter is done with her treatment, she has got lots of bleeding from her mouth, bruises on her forehead, got color bluish.. I asked them, what’s wrong with her forehead, they don’t know about it! My elder son has the same treatment goes before 7 yrs ago in different dental clinic. They allow parents to stay with him while treatment and it takes 3 hours to be done! No bleeding, hygienic tools.. after treatment he looks fine! Here in Apple dental, I felt little bit scared, because parents are not allowing inside, works so fast like an hour 7 teeth out also 8 caps in. Overall, my daughter got too scared that she got bruises on her forehead. Bleeding from mouth all over! No bib or apron on her chest. Now she got the health issues what I can observed. Not recommended at all!! The information you served to the parents are not enough!!! Should made a time to consult to the parents at least 30 mins before treatment. After treatment, I am not coming to your clinic anymore!! Bye!!

Hello I am very satisfied that I chose Apple Tree to treat my daughter's teeth. Dr. Insafi guided me from the beginning with full explanations to get the best results, and she treated my daughter very carefully and compassionately, and she helped her during the work. They were very kind. The nursing staff were also very kind and patient ladies who kindly guided me for insurance matters and scheduling appointments. By giving gifts and making children feel good, they provide the desire to return to the office again after treatment.

The administration (front desk) at this branch appears to have deteriorated tremendously.We HAD been visiting the branch since 2019 with our child and were more than satisfied with the doctors and the care provided.However, as they say, it only takes just a few seconds to spoil years of goodwill.If a patient is late for a check up, it’s quite understandable when the office declines to entertain them. But how about when the patient arrives earlier than their appointment time, waits for almost an hour with a little kid in pain, sees all other patients (who arrived after) being attended to, and when the clinic is almost about to close for the day being told - “Sorry, we can’t do anything to help you”!And when you call their HQ to report - “Say whatever you like, we’re closed.” Why on Earth would you confirm an appointment, make the child (and their parent) wait and then say the clinic will close?Thank you, I’ll happily take my child elsewhere. You’re a big brand, and I’m just one customer. And hence, just as I’m not the last one for you and neither are you for me.
