I came to this dealership from a different one looking for a second opinion on getting tie rod ends replaced (I had a terrible experience at the other dealership, which is quite a long story). Every person I had spoken to on the phone was very understanding, friendly and polite when I had explained my situation.During my service appointment, my vehicle was deemed unsafe, and they had arranged for the rental. Such news would normally upset a person, but I left feeling grateful that there are still honest and caring businesses and representatives left. I knew they would take great care of my vehicle, which they absolutely did.Overall, my experience here was great, the service was fast and friendly, and I was even offered a flower when picking up my vehicle. Very nice touch. Thank you all kindly.

I was very disappointed this car dealership,they ripped off my elderly parents, shame - shame. Originally they were quoted approximately $350 to fix the car from jerking and stalling. The following week I visited them I asked about their car as they still didn't have it in the driveway. My father reported it needed something else and now the invoice was going to be closer to a thousand dollars. The three of us picked up the car, as it was reported to be finally fixed. My father drove the car off the lot, my mother and I followed in another car. We only made it to the New Minas exit and the car was doing the very same thing so we went back to Bruce Nissan. It was at this time it was reported that the car had transmission issues. Why did the dealership let us leave in the first place without telling us this information first? If it was known the car had transmission issues why replace an emission sensor and an engine solenoid? I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone I liked...

I leased a Rogue here in 2018. I've had great service since.There was an issue with my most recent oil change but they rectified the problem. Everyone that I've dealt with has always been friendly and will go above and beyond.

service people will not return phone calls and emails. Left voice with service manager in regards to the email and phone not being returned and got the same response from them. I found this dealership to be dishonest in withholding information I'd asked for, I guess they weren't making any money of the inquiry they don't care. One phone call to Dartmouth Nissan and I had the info I needed from their service manager. I try to do business with local places, but I will go to HRM for Nissan related stuff in the future.

Amazing dealer, straight forward and quick, no fooling around. Very nice people, friendly and down to earth, I got a great deal together quickly. Did not low ball me on first trade offer which most will. I would highly recommend getting a Nissan from Bruce Nissan.

Great experience from the moment we pulled in. My husband and I walked around the lot looking at vehicles and in perfect timing we were greeted by a friendly sales girl. Kristen was so knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and super nice girl. The dealership has such an amazing group of people who made us feel great about our purchase. Highly recommended car dealership. So transparent, respectful, professional & not pushy at all. I had dealt through email only. I asked for the price breakdown & Carfax. It was an amazing experience, I felt valued as a customer and as a person, I would recommend Kristin Savary to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle, she is very knowledgeable, friendly and great to deal with. Travelling in NS from out of province, my car started acting weird. I was in Bridgetown, and Bruce Nissan was the closest dealership. After a diagnosis of failing transmission, they worked hard to have the repair covered under warranty. It was approved and the part ordered asap. It arrived in a couple of days. The work was done promptly. They were also able to provide a loaner car. The level of service from Brittney (service advisor) and Manny (service manager) was fantastic. They kept me updated and reassured me the car would be fixed properly. They were great to deal with and I will return to Bruce Nissan if I'm back there and need work done. Thank you!
