Mannix Freight does not care about how you get your things out after they reach their destination, nor they know if there will be fees, how much will they be, nor will they update you if there are delays. They only care up to the moment you pay and they ship it and you will have to be insisting to get more info and ensure your package arrives, because if it goes missing... they won't care either. It is truly a gamble with them. That's what happened with me. To make matters worst, I warned my contact (Jason) that I was being scammed and this is what he told me:The customs people are scamming you and they know the Tact Rate is arbitrary

We used Mannix Freight services to send all our personal effects from Canada to Europe. Jason was very professional, reactive and went above and beyond to accommodate all our changes of plan caused by the COVID pandemic. He also gave us very competitive rates and was able to offer us different scenarios to lower the cost.Very satisfied with Mannix, we will deal with them next time we have freight to ship.

I can't say enough about Mannix and the excellent service they provided, helping me move my household boxes from Vancouver to Athens, Greece. Jason was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and helped me understand all the steps involved in the process, while making sure he secures the best rate for my shipment. Although moving overseas is a not an easy task, Jason and Mannix made it so easy! I highly recommend Mannix to anyone moving overseas and particularly to Europe. Thank you for all your help!

Mannix gave me incomplete information, which I used to determine the cost of the shipment. Once the box was in their warehouse, they nearly doubled the price. When I pointed out that I had based my decision on the incomplete information they had provided, they simply refused to ship my items. Their behaviour was unprofessional, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
