The staff were very knowledgeable and attentive and took the time to sit down and explain every detail of my property closing with me. They handled everything very professionally and in my best interest. I will definately use them for any future legal matters and I highly recommend this office

I hired them for my house closing. The lawyer never showed up to meet me and talked to me during the complete cycle. I was only met and talked with the assistant. My name were spelled wrong twice and they just asked me to sign before they correct it afterwards.And they do not even use a binder for the final paper work instead of a pile of printed papers in an envelope.Comparing with my other experience, I would not use this law firm for house closing for me.

Very irresponsible and passive approach towards his job and clients' needs! John Ewart handled my case very poorly causing me thousands of dollars messing up my case and not moving it forward. I changed lawyer after 3 years and in 6 months the new lawyer did more than Ewart did in 3 years. Lawyers like this should have their licence taken away from them.

I used Ewart O'Dwyer for my real estate purchase. They were instrumental in identifying an issue that was actually missed by the home inspector and could have cost us thousands of dollars. They were able to address this prior to our closing and worked out a plan to have the issue fixed post sale (at the seller's expense) and continued to monitor the situation until it was resolved. Had we not used them, it wouldn't have been discovered and would have been my problem to fix and pay for after the fact! Thanks to the Ewart O'Dwyer team!
