I just had a tonsillectomy by Dr. Murphy yesterday. Everyone was so friendly, and Diana really helped me out. I could never express my thanks adequately, but THANK YOU. You have changed my life for the better. Thank you to Dr. Murphy for being the first ENT to take my issues seriously.I think everyone who complains about rudeness here should take a look in the mirror. You were probably rude to them first. I’ve dealt with them multiple times and was never treated rudely once.

Very disappointed with my surgery (tonsillectomy) and the staff. Dr murphy is a wonderful person but his staff needs training on customer service and answering their phones! i was rushed to the ER one day after my surgery. My uvula was so inflamed it was blocking 30% of the airflow to my breathing. At this point the nurses gave me two shots of epinephrine and a shot of steriod. the swelling went down after 5 hours or so. now im back home but im on day 6 and it feels worse than day 3-5 i think this is becuase the lack of medication i was prescribed. i was given tapentadol they dont help or mask the pain at all! before leave the ER the ENT specialist they're gave me a prescription for hydromorphone these work like a charm and actually help me sleep.

I have heard my mom complain about the front desk lady on multiple occasions, for someone who is the face of this clinic she is awfully rude, didn't allow my mom to speak and just said by and hung up on her, does she forget this clinic is for people who have hearing issues??...my mom had to call her back to ask why she did that, this lady made an appointment and never let my mom know, when my mom tried re-booking, this lady could care less about other people's schedules, it has to be whenever she wants and period. Just awful service....

Staff are EXTREMELY rude. No smiles, no pleasant atmosphere, they don’t great you what so ever even though that’s their job.Both of them were on their computers upon my arrival so I stood patiently and waited 7 -10 MINUTES without them acknowledging me what so ever until I finally asked if I should just seat myself in the waiting area. The entire time the snobby blonde was peaking over her computer so she definitely did see me and finally once I spoke up, then she acted almost as if I was annoying her or burdening her. They are also not punctual with their appointment times so be ready to wait with lots of people in the waiting room.

I can't say enough good things about Dr.Murphy and his staff. After multiple ear doctors told me they couldn't help, Dr.Murphy didn't hesitate. He completed two successful surgeries and I'm forever grateful. They staff has always been kind and helpful when booking.

Absolutely terrible doctor, staff, awful location, administration, lack of functioning webpage, unprofessionalism, the list goes on. Let me explain why so you can avoid this ENT as well. Please note, not a lot of people have put any reviews on their page. That's usually a tell-a-tale sign of a terrible practice. Probably because they don't ever want to deal with them again.1. After my visit with Dr Murphy, for something not that important, I was told that having my tonsils removed would probably not be a great idea. Agreed. He then said he didn't know the cause so he would send me over to a colleague of his to get an allergy test. I don't have allergies; fully aware of that. Upon knowing the information I needed, I told the front staff, who by the way, seem very poorly trained, that I would not need to keep my follow up" appointment. They took my name and said no problem.2. I went and saw his "colleague". "Colleague" my friends is someone that he refers to because they have a business deal to make more money

I’ve had two visits and have been absolutely impressed with the staff as well as the doctors beside manner. He listens so nicely to how you feel and attentively to your questions and concerns and works with you towards a resolution or treatment ... I feel very blessed and thankful to have been referred to Dr Murphy

I'm a fat bodied disabled person, and I was rather disappointed in their waiting area. The chairs that are provided in said waiting area are folding plastic-like chairs. My friend who joined me for my appointment had to warn me not to attempt to sit on the chairs. This was rather upsetting due to the fact that I have a hard time standing for periods of time. I have chronic back, knee and foot pain. When the pain became too unbearable I had to sit on the stairs in the way of foot traffic. I'm leaving this review in hopes they see this and make changes for the less able bodied people.*Edit to add email response from clinic:Hi Christiana

Dr. Murphy was amazing, compassionate and professional. Yes, the surgery he does sucks, but he does it with the care you would expect from a doctor of his magnitude. I applaud him in his work. Thank you for bettering my life!

Sent a confidential patient referral in by email early December. Never heard back so followed up in January. The staff Diane called back and said she never received an email with an attachment. As such, I sent the same email to her again immediately. She calls back and says she can’t open it and there’s no other way so she can’t book me for an appointment... the fact that the clinic and/or staff cannot use new technologies outside of fax is beyond me.
