I was really hoping to love this place as it is so close to home. However I have had multiple scheduling errors and bad customer service from this Pet Solutions. It is extremely difficult to find grooming appts these days. I had prebooked 2 appointments 4 months in advance. The first appointment was in June and they mixed up the dates and were very rude when discussing on the phone. The second appt was for August and they had no record of it when I called to confirm this week. I recommend you get written copies of your grooming appointments. Also the female groomer is not friendly to deal with.

I've taken my pup Poe here a few times for groomings and Erica always does a great job, she's very sweet and my dog loves her as soon as he sees her, when we pick him up not only does he look fresh with his new cut but she puts a little bandana on him and gives him a treat. They also do walk-in nail trims which I really like because I rather have someone trim my pups nails than me accidentally cutting them too short. Angus and Rebecca are also great, they're always really helpful when we come in and answer questions and recommend things or we just end up chatting about his Frenchies. The selection here is great too with lots of different kinds of foods, treats, toys, accessories, and they always have dog cookies at the front that my dog loves plus the prices are very reasonable. I much prefer shopping here than at petsmart or bosleys. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and the staff, I always feel welcome when I come in and they're patient with my puppy who can be a handful.

Horrible groomers! I tried out this place and booked a bath and nail trimming for my pup. I should’ve ran away when I heard they don’t give the dogs treats!! They refused the treats even when I offered to bring them myself. When I came to pick up my dog I heard him whining and squealing while the lady trimmed his nails. To top it all off my pup was banned for moving around too much! He’s a dog, that’s expected to happen while he’s getting groomed. I have an australian shepherd which is a dog known to have lots of energy. I will never send my dog here again the staff are rude, they will not treat your dog right and overall gave me quite the traumatizing experience.

I was in looking for good quality long lasting chews for our two new rescues. I wanted natural chews so my go to is usually hooves and bully sticks. My guys go through bully sticks in less than an afternoon and they are small dogs!Collagen chews were recommended and wow were they right! Not only healthy but the dogs love them and they’ve lasted over a week.It’s so nice to go to a store that knows its products!

The staff at Pet Solutions have been awesome to both me and my dog. They've known him since he was a puppy and given great advice when I needed it.Their prices are comparable to the major pet stores, but their love for animals and the community are why I choose to shop here.

Very welcoming and warm. Always come here for my puppy’s groom and pet supply’s. Always believe in supporting local. Highly recommend.

I seriously can't recommend this place enough! I went in to buy just a bit of food since I didn't bring enough for my cat while on my trip here. They were kind enough to give me dry food samples and provide recommendations. This place is family owned and operated so give it some love and support!!
