Bought a pair of boots and after about a month they starting hurting my foot. Went to exchange them and they would not take them back after 2 months. Their response was to contact the manufacturer. Buyer beware.

I went to get my skates sharpened and it was junk. two of the blade edges that they sharpened had no edge and slipped the whole time i was trying to skate on them

Poor customer service, they do not stand behind the products they sell.First day with a $70 premium Yeti insulated water bottle which will only keep ice for 2-3 hours and they will not exchange it for another bottle. The salesman claimed it had no physical defect. It is obvious defective since condensation will appear fairly quick and the ice does not last long.I would buy a pair of socks from this store.

Buy $400 in shirts and they can’t even give you a bag unless you want to pay an extra 1% more. The corporate greed is endless. I wonder if they use cloth reusable garbage bags? Or are they hypocrites?
