I've had no issues with orders over the years. If the part is urgent, I'll call and ask the ETA. Prices are good and carry products that some other CDN retailers don't. Thanks again!

As others have said, you're best served calling ahead to ensure they have the parts in stock (the website doesn't seem to know what inventory they have). Otherwise the service is great and they even shipped my order in two parts so I that I recieved the in-stock parts within 24 hours. The prices are fair and they often stock parts that other Canadian retailers don't. Have ordered before and will order again. Just remember to call.

Since I live in a smaller interior city, not having a reliable parts supplier for my dirt bikes can be a bit of a hassle. Gnarly Parts doesn’t always have what I need in stock, but they can get it ordered at a pretty reasonable price. Ordering my stuff online from them is great...My only complaint is that if I am in a real hurry for a part, I will probably NOT be riding next weekend. You have to order parts and expect to wait a bit. All around pretty satisfied customer here.

Terrible customer service overall. I ordered a frame slider kit for a 600RR. The package I received looked like it had been opened and stapled back together. I should have immediately sent it back. When I went to install the frame sliders, one of the two pucks was not the correct part and the mounting bolt would not even pass through the slider. I contacted Gnarly Parts both by web forum. When asked to send pictures, I was given the wrong email so I resorted to calling in. I spoke to David Chow on the phone and explained the situation regarding the wrong items received and that the reason for calling was the email given bounced back. David seemed rude and could not care less, rectified the email typo and did not even address receipt of the incorrect item. It was then I checked out Google Reviews on Gnarly Parts and saw that I wasn't the only one who had a bad encounter with them. At this point I did not want to even mail the items back in fear that they might get lost" in the mail. Dayna forwards my email to their Shogun rep

Poor website. Every time I order something they call me and say they can't get it or it's discontinued. Then they want you to swap it out and pay more money for the parts. Most the time they don't have it in stock so they are ordering it then Shipping it once they received it. Order form FORTNINE

Online order was shipped out the same day and was faster than amazon. Thanks for the quick service, will order from again.

Order from these guys all the time (shipped to Hardy on Vancouver island) as they deal with a lot of Tusk stuff for my 1090. Stuff goes out and arrives correct and without drama. As one of the few Canadian distributors of many of the stuff I like to order I can say with confidence I will be shopping with them again.For full transparency, I have not dealt with customer service which seems to be the crux for many folks on here but since the stuff they ship is the stuff I order without problems I haven't had to.Thanks for the tusk bag and d-take mirrors.Cheers

I'm updating my rating because I appreciate Gnarly accepted a return without any complaints. That's pretty fair under the circumstances. CheersDon't order urgent products from this store. After calling to confirm in stock status, and leaving instructions to ship immediately on the checkout form, Gnarly Parts didn't ship my spoke torque wrench for 7 days. It shipped the day after I called, with no offer to change the shipping method--I would have paid to send it express, although it mistake was theirs. It won't arrive in time for me to complete a rim change and I have to travel without my bike.
