I almost don’t want to rate this place bc then the people may come. So peaceful here. Great for the dogs. Not great for swimming but perfect to put your feet in the sand and water

Beautiful to walk, but rip currents make it dangerous to swim although the visible water action is a little calmer than next-door Lawrencetown Provincial Park. Some do swim or surf there, but I presume they're locals who know what they're doing. Stick to the paths to preserve the dunes' ecosystem as much as possible.

This is where I go when I just need to hear the waves and smell nature. It's my calm place. Lots of people walk their dogs, gather rocks or shells, picnic and just enjoy their surroundings.

Went when the tied was lower so it had a nice beach to walk along, water was so refreshing on our feet.

Beautiful spot for a beach walk, but DO NOT swim. Current is deadly and several people have drowned here.
