Cannabis Cooking Company

A friend and I decided to attend a cooking with cannabis class to learn to make gummies. We thought it would be a fun way to spend a Saturday afternoon and we were right! We arrived at the class a little earlier like they asked and most everyone was already there. There were about 9 in the class. I really thought everyone would be young and a stoner lol but I was wrong. The youngest there was 30 years old and oldest was late 50’s early 60’s. It was mostly friends but I’ve heard people have even dated after meeting there! One group of 3 had surprised their friend for her birthday and brought her to the class! We even sang her happy birthday and cut a cake. All the people in the class were easy to talk to and we really did have a blast.We met Josh, Chef Don and Martin, they ran the class. Fantastic and very passionate about dispelling myths around cannabis. They were patient with us while teaching us dosing, which was great. They broke down many recipes with us teaching us the proper way to know your THC doses in your edibles. They told us to always be on the safe side for dosing, they were very responsible in the way they taught.We learned how to make gummies and peanut butter cups and canna oil! We all took our goodies home to enjoy and I can’t wait to bake more and try some more of the recipes. We also got an email from them with all our recipes attached to use at home.Josh and Chef Don told us we were welcome to reach out to them at any time if we needed help with a recipe we make. That was very much appreciated and I’ll probably be contacting them for help lolI really can’t say enough about how great this class was, I’ll be definitely taking a Christmas cookie cooking class before Christmas and am seriously thinking about getting my canna chef certification with them!Thanks again Cannabis Cooking Class and we’ll see you soon!

Great instructors. I'm not a baker by any means but they made me one.Everything was so tasty and easy to make. I went to the class by myself but it didn't feel like it. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Just a great experience. I totally recommend this to everyone that interested.

I Spoke to Vanessa at the school about cooking with edibles. I googled how to make canna oil And came up with 100 different ways of doing it and recipes. I was super confused but Vanessa answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. She is an absolute godsend thank you for helping me I highly recommend them

We paid for a chef certification class that was to take place in March 2020 but due to the pandemic the training was postponed, understandably so. We received a few emails from Vanessa Labrecque attempting to change the date to navigate the COVID restrictions (again no problem). Since May 2020 we have not received any communications from the Cannabis Cooking Company. We requested a refund several times with no response and most recently they're business phone number went inactive. We run a small cooking business and understand the challenges associated with COVID restrictions as we ourselves have had to reimburse clients for COVID related restrictions. We would expect the same level of professionalism from Cannabis Cooking Company but unfortunately they have chosen a different route. I have never submitted a negative review as I know how damaging that could be to the reputation of a small company but unfortunately I felt like this was necessary.

Had a blast ! VERY Unique & Informative class.Both Josh & Vanessa were professional & very warm & sharing of their knowledge & expertise. Although I had extremely limited exposure to all things cannibas I took the class to learn about cannibas from a nutritional / medicinal perspective as well as the business of cannibas & all bases were covered .! I Would not hesitate to take another class & would highly recommend to anyone .

Fabulous Hosts.. Very knowledgeable . Great experience.. So much fun with very easy to follow instructors.. Truly enjoyed making our own product that we got to take home.. Thankyou so much Josh and Vanessa we will be back and will highly recommend you to our family and friends .

Fabulous and fun class. You definitely learn a lot, plus Chef Don and Vanessa are fabulous teachers. Not to mention, Josh is killer on dishes!

We too purchased a cooking class for two, requested refunds periodically over two years would get random responses saying we would be refunded. Now thier website is down and we are out the money as well. Really disappointed that not even an email about trying to rebook and I am pretty certain there was no real attempt to even try. I feel for small business as the pandemic brought unprecedented times for them, but this is really disappointing..
