Calgary Polo Club

First time in Okotoks. The Polo club was well laid out, Beautiful location, beautiful people, nice foods and drinks.. unfortunately it rained and the Polo got cancelled.... I couldn't watch my first polo game.

We fell in love with Polo down in Palm Springs and have been checking the club's website for the times of matches, they list the dates but not the times. We saw that the Kimo Cup was on today so we drove out to see if someone was around we could talk too about watching matches... Boy did we luck out as we arrived about 30 minutes before the chukkers were to begin.The people were friendly and welcoming and the polo was great to watch.

Beautiful surroundings and quite place. Certainly for you if you are interested in Polo. Membership might be required. You can learn how to play, participate in events. This place have organised some very prestigious tournaments.

Well kept club, with history of over a hundred years of Polo in Alberta. A perfect place to play or watch Polo.

Great facility with a lot of potential. Unfortunately, they are not welcoming anyone. The instructors are bullies. My wife paid for couple of lessons and it wasn’t the best experience, they don’t care about retaining business or taking care of new clients.Same used to happen at Denver Polo Club until a new management came and changed the entire culture and environment, now DPC is a profitable business.Hopefully Calgary Polo Club changes one day and creates some venues, festivals or at least welcome the public in general.

I am a wedding planner in Calgary and my florist, Dana from DeeVine Petals organized a photo shoot at the Polo Club today. It was a great experience. Graham, the manager, was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure our shoot ran smoothly and our plan worked out exactly as we had envisioned. I also worked a wedding there last year and my couple were very happy with the way their wedding turned out. I highly recommend the Polo Club for any event you may have. The venue is very clean, and the manager, Graham, goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and that your event is a great success. Thank you Graham for being so helpful and helping make our shoot a great success!

We recently had our wedding at the Ranch House. Graham went above and beyond to make sure everything went according to plan! What a fantastic day!!Beautiful venue, friendly staff, very organized!Would definitely recommend!

My happy place :) Kyle and Megan offer lessons for children and beginners, horses provided. I started two years ago with lessons, now I have three horses of my own and play several times a week in the summer. Can't believe it took me so long to discover polo but I glad I finally did.
