They do not show up for appointments to open or close our pool. We have booked an appointments and every week we called to make sure we are still on their list and we were re-assured by the staff The date came and no one showed up. We called and the lady taking the appointments is very rude and stone cold. She bluntly said we do not have people to open your pool. No apologies from them. Terrible scheduling, terrible customer service. We understand that there are shortage of labor everywhere but do not take appointments when you know you do not have the capacity to do the job.

Today i called to make sure that they are coming on May 25, this is the date the gitl gave us when i called on april 20 and 21.The first agent was very rude and was interrupt me all the time. He said we do not have people to open your pool. i explained that i work in the hospital, and i switch to be home on this day. Nothing. He close the phone even didnt say sorry or bye. I called second time and ask to speak to manager. Instead to call manager he passed the phone to the guy who is the one who open the pool. He said the same and was rude. Even he said you can cancel, we dont care, we open thousand pool on season. Wow, what a service!!! No apologies from them. Terrible scheduling, terrible customer service. Iunderstand that there are shortage of labor everywhere but do not take appointments when you know you do not have the capacity to do the job.

Our 20 year old pool collapsed in June so a couple of weeks later, I submitted a request for an online estimate with Trevi. They were supposed to call back within 24 hours. I resubmitted my request to them, reminding them that I had not heard from them. Meanwhile, I did the same for Rene Pitre. The salesman called me back the following morning and then again in the afternoon. He provided a lot of information, answered all my questions and after consulting my husband, we went for it. He told me we would have it by the 12th of July, depending on the weather. He called me a week before it was delivered and then the gentleman who installed the pool called and told me when it was to be installed. He did it today. At each point of this sale, they have been friendly and informative and professional. I very much recommend them to everyone. Oh and I still have not gotten a call from Trevi.

Called in March to book and appointment for opening my pool, I gave them my name, my address and phone number and the lady assured me and confirmed over the phone someone will come in the week of May 16. The week of may 16 nobody came therefore i called them back to ask whats the situation, they tell me they don't have any reservation under my name and i have to wait till end of june if i want my pool opened. They made a mistake with my reservation and instead of apologizing, they try to argue and say its our fault. I do not recommend this place. Avoid it if you can.

Purchased a replacement pool liner in March 2021 and gave a deposit. Salesman indicated that his quota of 24' foot pool liners for the year was only 23 of various sizes and of that there would only 5 24' available, therefore, if purchased right away, it would be installed beginning in June.After calling the dealer during the 2nd. week of June, I received a callback indicating that they would come on July 4th. to install the liner. This date came and went without receiving the new liner installation of an update from the dealer. Yesterday I went to the store in Chateauguay to enquire when the liner would be installed. Staff was not really interested in my concerns and could not provide an installation date, only excuses.This is the second time I've purchased from this dealer, no after sales service after the first purchase and absolutely no satisfactory resolution or dealer commitment with this second transaction. There will not be a third.

By far it has been a great experience every time I go here, the people that help you they are always very nice and they give you many tips for your pool, I've been to other stores just to try but always come back here, their service is amazing, very happy to have them close to my place.

They closed my salt above ground pool and did a great job.In late winter-early spring I received a call from this company, and they scheduled an opening, I was super calm and didn't pay attention to the date they mentioned.THEY NEVER SHOWED UP.Unreliable to the max.I called today on the 26th of May, and they acknowledged that my pool was scheduled but said there is no availability and I have to wait until June 20th, as if it was never scheduled.All other (2) companies are overbooked at this point.Never coming back for their services.
