I've been on hold for 45 minutes and havent spoken to anyone. Understandably your busy but be realistic close to an hour and not person has picked up the phone.

I want to make an appointment for a covid test, no way to do it online, i try calling and only way for me to talk with someone is if i know their ext., I just want to take a free covid test to see if i have it !!

Service rapide et professionnel, accueuil courtois, j’ai eu mon vaccin en 15minutes.

Very disappointed I had an appointment and I was only a few minutes late because of that they made me reschedule my appointment. Knowing I was there in 2 min. The customer service wasn’t friendly and kind a rude. For that I will not be going back.

Therapist I saw in the past helped me get through some hard times. Use these free services where possible, they exist for a reason. Don't be scared off due to wait times. Took me 7 months to hear back but might as well do that than get nothing. And if you don't need it when they finally call, tell them as much.

Cleaner than I expected. Pretty fast service for vaccination. Nurses were nice. One nurse couldn't speak that much English. I had to speak with her in French but she tried. She also went to get another nurse who was fluent in English to explain the risks. The parking price is horrendously high for a place that is not so busy. We get free healthcare but they are ripping us off for no reason on parking. This should be a given in a hospital. If they say the money is going to save ailing children then it's ok.

Pire service de tous les temps ! La réceptionniste me donne RdV la même journée à 14h pour une vaccination pour femme enceinte. Lorsque je m’y présente on m’indique que c’est un autre CLsc et qu’il faut prendre un nouveau rdv après le 31octobre !!!! La dame ne m’a rien précisé au téléphone sur l’endroit !!! Je la rappelle elle me dis que le RdV était prévu à 10h et que je l’avais pris présentement chez elle! Alors que je n’ai jamais mis les pieds chez eux et que mon rdv était à 14h. Des qu’elle prend conscience de son erreur , elle me dit qu’elle s’est trompé de personne et que c’est trop tard pour prendre un autre RDV et que je devais aller faire mon vaccin dans une pharmacie gratuitement !!! Franchement quel service ! Quel professionnalisme !!! Quel manque de respect envers les patients !!!
