Went in there for the first time. No one greeted me, just spoke amongst themselves. Stood at the cash with my items and no one came to serve me; not sure why?Sadly, I left without being able to make my purchase.Big let down as they carry some items from Hungary that I was excited to have nearby. Won’t be back, I was not welcome.

Staff needs training on food safety. They should wear gloves when boxing a desert. I do not appreciate my pastry to be helped into the box with a finger. What else did that finger touch just before touching my pastry? This is Covid times. Not to mention other cross-contamination. Unbelievable.

Small store but good variety of products, from cold cuts, to European cheeses, teas, desserts, baked goods, and condiments. It's the best shop to buy Polish goods in northern Mississauga.

I'd give it a 5 star if only the employees wore their masks properly or even at all because their products are delicious. At least two employees didn't cover their noses and one didn't have a mask at all. It's a pandemic and you are serving food, please consider your actions.UPDATE: Spoke to the owner Paul, the NICEST guy you could meet, and he explained that a couple employees have medical exemptions for mask wearing. WE WILL CONTINUE TO SUPPORT THIS LOCAL BUSINESS! Please consider doing the same. Their food is truly delicious with most of it made in-house by the family! Yum!!!

Great and fresh deli meats and the cheese selection is extensive. Rye bread on tap! have to watch what kind of loaf you are picking up but you get the hang of it after a few visits. I wish the labels had an Englis translation, but it's not a big deal, the staff are helpful as can be.

Best rye bread around! Baked in house, fresh daily and delicious. No sugar added. Suggest freezing half the loaf as there are no preservatives and bread goes stale after a few days. The deli counter has great prices on meat and a good selection. They also sell fresh baked sweets, frozen goods and other European specialties. Lots of imported goods here. Highly recommend!

I had different experiences while visiting this store over the period of 2 years. In March 2020, I visited the store before the actual lock down. Once, I shared that I just visited Poland, nobody wanted to cash me out. Eventually someone came to help. The owner was hiding away, it felt that I was spreading a disease. At that time facemasks were not required yet. I didn't go back for 6 months. Finally, I've forgotten all the hostile treatment and went back. Store has nice choices of Polish Traditional foods and other items. Some of the serving people are very nice, especially the younger generation. While visiting I noticed some of the serving staff who was behind the deli counter only had face shields. I was surprised to see that after the welcome greeting from 6 months I've encountered, everyone would have facemasks to protect themselves and others. I think some of the staff need training in customer service. Also, it wouldn't hurt to show some compassion for Ukrainians during this challenging days. I sensed lacking in affection attitude while mentioning to one of the staff present situation in Europe. I'm from Poland and I'm proud to say that my entire village accepted 1000 refugees. I will never go back to this location. In general, this place lacks professionalism and warmth in human interaction.
