The customer service is horrible. Even after clearly stating what you want they take the order wrong and are completely rude and yell at you when you correct them.

The service at this store is by far, always top notch. They are courteous, knowledgable and always quick to help you when asked. There return area is always clean and neat. Found out the other day, that the drive through itself does not take empties back. Only in store.

I went there today to return some empties. Box of Wine Bottles. Staff was very pleasant. Good Experience ! No complaints at all.

This Beer Store is the best. Good selection and great staff here. They also have a drive Thu which is awesome and was very handy during the pandemic. Great location with an LCBO and Zehrs close by which makes for an easy shopping experience.

Dissapointed in the attitude of the returns staff here ..The guy in the returns section gave me all the rules he knows about how to properly return bottles..return in original brand cases..don't mix Coors light and Coors original .they are not the same .I'm probably not going back to this location with empties unless attitude changes..Management..I see this is a recurring problem by the reviews here..Train your staff

Very disappointed with service at this location, and with head office. I had an incident at this location nearly 3 weeks ago, and I cannot get anyone from head office to reply to me. I've been chasing them down every week, even taking to Twitter to try and get a response, and I've been completely ghosted. I will not shop with the Beer Store anymore if that's how they treat customers.
