Showed up to my 11:45am appointment. Massive line up down the stairs. People have been waiting since 10:55 for their 11:10 appts as they ask you to be there 15 mins early. Honestly don’t waste your time showing up 15 mins early. They probably won’t even be ready for your actual appointment time.They were an hour and 20 mins late. They didn’t even sanitize my arm before putting the needle in.No chairs for waiting.No signs.No one to speak to.Disorganized and sad. I will never come here again.

Booked appointment online, showed up ahead of time and was directed to a chair. Efficient, courteous and friendly.

I had a Dr.'s requisition to pick up a kit from Lifelabs and didn't realize Simon Ave. is an appointment only location. They were super helpful, courteous, and went through the trouble of putting together what I was after so I wouldn't have to drive to another location. Great experience.

Normally I’m happy with my lifelab visit in general but,I had an appointment in this location and for some unexpected circumstances I arrived like 1.5 hours early for my appointment.Parm (lady in reception) asked me for my time and I mentioned I’m early and she said I have to come back in 1.5 hours, I mentioned I cannot leave so I waited there.First of all her attitude was not right, he wasn’t friendly at all, I know they are busy but small gesture can go a long way.Second, I know I was early and I understand I cannot take someone else’s place.I sat down for 1.5 hours and the whole waiting area was empty 3 times and I was the only one there. I was on her eye sight and she could see me but nothing happened.I headed some came like 35 min later than his appointment and she got served like 10 min after .After 1.15 hours, no one called me so I went back to the window and someone else processed my paper.My test took around 2 min and the testing area was empty when I went there!I may go for test every 6 month or a year, so that’s not a everyday visit.She could just tell me. “ if someone cancelled or no show, I will process your paper” and even if she wouldn’t, I would feel she is taking care of me and understand the situation.When no one was there in the waiting area, she could call me and …..But she didn’t, nor sure she had a bad day or … but she shouldn’t transfer her bad day to someone else.I even wanted to take a picture of the empty waiting area to show …Hope a supervisor would have a talk with her and making sure this doesn’t happen to someone else.

Had an appointment this morning and the lady that attended to me, I believe Nanveet is her name was very rude. I would like to give her the benefit of the doubt that she was maybe having a bad day, but please for next time please remember that something as simple as Hello goes a long way. Do better Nanveet!

I love the option for an online sign in, so great to come in and already see my name half way up the list. Moreover, the real time wait list makes any possible wait times much more manageable. The staff were really quick, efficient, and professional (but friendly!). The whole process was very fast and easy, I was even able to get an ECG! Great lab!
