Disappointed that we stopped there for some help with an emergency to be turned away, but understand they were busy. They pointed us in the direction of their neighbour that was 5 star service.

Bought a coach from this company in December of 2018. Have purchased 9 coaches from other dealers over the years, starting back in 1978. Some of these dealers were all right. One, I would rate very good, another OK. All the others have been so bad I could never recommend them to anyone else. NOW, with the purchase of the 10th coach, I have a dealer I rate THE BEST. I took a chance on and drove approx. 590 miles from Ontario into Quebec, after making a deal over the phone and internet. Upon seeing the coach and them checking out ours, the deal was finalized to the satisfaction of all .The owner, sales rep., and the service manager are what anyone should expect when spending a big chunk of cash. Sincere, concerned, honest, and very helpful. Made me feel like I had known them for years. It is now March of 2019; nothing about the coach has happened that you should not expect from a 5 year old unit. Can not believe them having such a low rating. It must have been under PREVIOUS owners or staff. VERY PLEASED - David Hooper

Great experience!We were making ou way to PEI. We stopped overnight at the koa in Levis Quebec. The rear heater fan siezed. This had us concerned as the weather was unpredictable. We stopped by the dealership late Thursday afternoon (4:45) and spoke with Sylvain. He said he will try his best to get us in Friday. Got the call Friday morning. He got us in.By noon all fixed.Incredible service! Highly recommend!Thanks Sylvain!

Our hot water tank in our RV had a pin hole in it and leaked everywhere. We brought it to St Nicolas VR to see if they had a replacement. They did but in the wrong size. So Dave suggested we take it to another place to have welded since it was a long weekend and a holiday and his guys were not working. With out his suggestion we would have had real issues. Thank you Dave for going above and beyond to help out travelers. Our hot water was welded and now works again

Do not deal with this company ever! put an offer in on a motorhome setup my flight from Alberta and they sell it out from under me tells me they have to confirm the deal with the Boss absolute dishonesty in the worst form! Do Not Buy from Them! If I could leave a negative I would 100%

We had an electrical/fuse issue in our RV en-route to PEI from BC. This service department accommodated us on short notice and saw us the next day. Their excellent tech diagnosed the issue and fixed it within 30 minutes. Some wires in the fridge had rubbed bare on some metal in a panel behind the outer panel and was shorting out our electrical on that circuit. He also noted the fridge had been recalled by the company a couple of years earlier for similar issues. We never got the notice. He fixed it up and then the Service department also fit us in for a quick oil change as we had already reached the limit from our oil change when we first left BC 22 days earlier. Top marks for the service manager and the technician. Merci beaucoup gentlemen. I like Quebec!

Receptionist greeted us, found us a salesperson who wasn't even interested in telling us anything about anything other than the fact he wanted to go home at 4:30 when they closed at 5. It was 4pm when we arrived on a Saturday. Salesman just sat at his desk as the receptionist told us how to get into the back yard through the garage area, then went back to her Instagram.

They were great. Had the parts I needed for a broken door on my rv. Good prices. I new no French and the lady in the parts department spoke English and made it really simple and was so helpfull and kind. If you need rv parts go there.

Very helpful getting my new camper. They were very knowledgable. Took the necessary time to explain everything. Clean and neat.

Great service, even on long weekends when other dealers are closed.
