Fantastic service and phenomenal employees. In a pinch and needed to get storage quickly, their hotline phone customer service rep was amazing. When i went to sign and pick up access codes at this location Kelly and Sandra were absolutely phenomenal and extremely helpful. Great company and great deals.

Jackie and all the support staff including regional manager are wonderful. They really try hard to support their customers in all aspects. Jackie even came to my work on her day off to pick up a payment for me as I was unable to make it before they closed. I would recommend access storage to anyone requiring clean dry and safe storage with amazing support and customer service. Thanks for everything.

Unit was dry and clean for years. Never had any issues. Only complaint I can make is that the price increased maybe a little much. But what hasn't gone up in price these days? Staff in the office were always very kind and a pleasure to deal with :)

Sandra was absolutely marvelous and took a difficult situation and not only kept it pleasant but was all about finding a solution! She is a fabulous ambassador for Access Storage!

I wish I could give less a star everytime I ever talk to a employee threw this desk one tells me one thing the other tells me another thing and they be ignorant to me email or phone wise because they don’t know how to communicate with each other or they just like being rude cause there paid by the hour I’m not sure regardless it’s unacceptable . I highly recommend if you can go anywhere else more affordable let alone employees dot treat you like dirt because there not a chain business . do it , thank me in the long wrong if you don’t want to be talked and treated like trash for paying way to much money for storage . Sad I’ve had to email the actual website about them because I can’t get a real answer. Paying all this money for rudeness to keep my stuff in a small storage ? Disappointed

Kelly has always been polite and gets back to me promptly every time I have a question! She has all the answers when it comes to any of her buildings and it's great at knowing what size you will need when describing what your using it for. Keep it up girl!!

Sandra and Kelly provide top notch service and are very knowledgeable in all things “storage”. Helped me out in a pinch to store some things short term.
