Cody showed up early for our appointment and did a great job to get my new bikes built and ready to ride. It was super convenient to have them come directly to the house. I highly recommend and will use these guys again.

This is my 2nd time using this service. When I booked my appointment by phone the sales lady said that for $150 they would take my whole bike apart and relube/grease all the joints and wash all the componets of my bike. I confirm that with her, And it wasn't until 2 weeks later when the technician came, he gave me a call and said that they do not do that for $150 thats a $270 project. I also purchased new break Rotors and pads that I wanted him to install (I spent nearly $300 for those. I thought this would be relatively easy, even I could do it. but since I was busy thats why I called this company to do it for me. When I finally got my bike back I could hear a scraping noise from the back disk scraping on my brake pad. In total I ended up paying $280 for a Disappointing service. If I have to go back and fix what they did wrong why would I even pay for this service to begin with? Take your bike somewhere else Velofix is subpar. Im not gonna use them ever again. My bike is $7,000 BTW

I hired the services of this company in a suggestion from my son who's used them and it seemed easy enough since they come right to you.Got 2 of our bikes Maintenanced for us to go on the trails in the mountains.The gentleman whom came was very lovely, he worked away in his van, left his number if I had any issue and off he went. The bill was a hefty one to say the least, to find out that one of our bikes was not fixed to the level of caliber we had been told would be delivered once we rode it we discovered multiple problems with the repair that was not addressed.I called them to speak to them with no help, they couldn't find my name, my sons, or the CC information used. I asked them to call my son they never did, they never got back to me, they didn't show any care on this matter. I am extremely upset 1. This is a safety issue, 2. They are clearly very unorganized cause how can you not locate clients information, 3. Why was my son not called or emailed by them to address this issue when I left all the details for them to contact him as he was the one who booked it and I was the one who paid. 4. Service man never got back to me either, what is the point to leave a #. I am very unsatisfied with the level of service for all the facts mentioned in this review.I will never use them again and I for sure won't recommend them to anyone, especially with a bill that was nearly in the high $500s if I recall properly or even a bit more.Very disappointed.Save your money, your time and the hassle with this company.

Cody was punctual and efficient. He provided details on the service for our tune ups on two ebikes. Cody also answered my questions about ebike maintenance and made suggestions to improve my experience and protect my bike components from wear. I will use Velofix again.
