Ridiculous how on Wednesdays they open at 10 AM!!!!I had an African-American agent who said that he was going to send me the click secure I went. They were all my papers, and then I called to see if there was a request and the agent on the phone said no. No request had been given to do a click secure. Be careful who you go with if you have a bad feeling, go to another agent to double check that person’s work!!!

phone service is terrible, either you get a auto busy signal and it shuts down or long waits and transferred to a loop that keeps you on hold all day. I've trying for over a week to get too the write department. Still trying..

I got married and had to use my birth certificate as identification.Unfortunately, they noticed a mistake they made on my birth certificate when I was born. Instead of repairing the mistake and sending me a new one, they kept it and are making me go through the entire bureaucratic nightmare of a process with my money to pay for a new one.

I know i'll have to call a few times to get corrections made on a few official documents but amazing service the last two people i talked to the one before that ....on the other hand phew!!

To my great shock and surprise I have never had a problem at this place with Customer Service or seeking services in English. Every person I have dealt with have been very helpful. I used to go there before the pandemic to use the self serve computers I would like to see that some back one of these days as well.

I've had nothing but good experiences with the registry. Fast service, clear directions, either in person or by phone. We're lucky to live in a place where registrations take hours, not weeks or months like other countries.

I still haven’t received a civil document without a gross mistake from the office of civil status of Quebec. Do you ever review the documents with the originals before making official certificates?
