Been using MicroMetro service operating in Los Angeles. MicroMetro itself is great but Rideco's algorithm for this service seems to be really bad. Common sense notifications are missing or are poorly organised and routes (pickups and drop-offs) are worse. One ends up wasting time. Better get some ideas from Uber or Lyft (both these worked great even when they had option of shared rides before pandemic)

Company that provides on demand" transit instead of the reliable every day routes. Piggybacking off the drivers hard work and claiming themselves as good. The drivers are literally the only reason this gets any good feedback."
